So Much to Say and So Little Time...

Life has been so busy since the end of August that I don't know where to begin.

The babies are well and their mommies are taking good care of them. Since both are working moms, you all know how that goes. Almost too busy for words.

Maurice and I were able to get away and use our free flights to Hawaii so a vacation we took late August thru early September. We enjoyed Maui and Kauai this time. We encouraged our skin to turn a lovely bronze and had many relaxing hours listening to the ocean. Our snorkeling adventure was a lot of fun, but we don't think we will be taking "The Road to Hana" again. Two lanes, tight lanes, many many curves, and lots of hillside switchbacks. As usual we rested on Kauai and Maurice went fishing. It wasn't his best trip but he brought home some good fish which he grilled up nicely and we throughly enjoyed. As usual it was over way to quick and home brought us back those 100 degree plus temps, whew!

Brandy went back to work and once again I was on Nana duty. Avery is in school and riding the bus, which she seems to like. Rylee is growing so tall and has thinned out. She doesn't walk a lot but runs and runs. Teeya has gone from wrinkles to all filled out. She has beautiful dimples, bright blue eyes and an infectious smile, as you can see. Jayda started Kindergarten and Raven is in preschool. Unfortunately we haven't seen much of those two but hope to real soon.
