June came and went so fast with swimming lessons and teething. We left home with Brandy's girls on Thursday the 30th for 5 days in the tall pines of Payson. The weather was cooler and we were able to get out and about. Took the girls to the park on Friday and for a drive in the surrounding areas.
Bryon, Chris, Jayda and Raven came in on Saturday so we were in little girl heaven. The cousins had a great time just being cousins.
We goofed around enjoying Payson and what it has to offer. The Farmer's Market was small, but interesting. The chili cook-off was at the rodeo grounds (a dust bowl) so we opted not to go. B, C, and the 3 oldest girls went up to Pine to the Arts Festival and enjoyed it. Overall the town was not so busy this year with the 4th on a Monday.

Monday we spent at Green Vally park where they really have a great 4th party. Food booths, body paint and games for the kids. We brought the grill and had a picnic on the grass near the lake. It was a lot of fun and everyone enjoyed the fireworks. We think they are the best in Arizona.
